Neil was a young African American man with brown hair and stubble.
He wore a yellow V-neck long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans with sneakers.
Personality
Neil was a very easygoing and caring individual, lending a sympathetic ear to Sal's recurring nightmares and returning the boy's phone.
Biography
Neil was Todd Morrison's boyfriend through high school and into college, moving in with him and Sal Fisher while the gang continued their investigation into the Devourers of God.
On the day of the Mass Murder at Addison Apartments, Neil lent an ear to Sal's troubled nightmares and returned the boy's phone before going to his shift at the local cafe.
After the Mass Murder, Neil attended Sal's trial, despite not losing any family in the incident.
In Memories and Dreams, Neil and Maple are kidnapped by The Devourers of God while Ash went out for action. They both later got their necks slaughtered while hanged by their ankles, along with two other victims, by the Cult for Red Eyes' revival.

- Neil is one of the three LGBTQIA+ characters in the game, the other two being Todd Morrison and Travis Phelps.
- According to Sal, Neil loves coffee.
- In a Twitter Q&A held on August 25, 2019, developer Steve Gabry revealed that Neil and Todd first met in the Nockfell High's school library.
- Apparently, Neil took care of Gizmo after Sal's death.
