Maple is a gothic-like character who is affiliated with Sal's friend group and is so far shown to have a special liking for Larry.
In the 3rd chapter of Sally Face, Maple is shown sitting with the friends at lunch while Chug is chowing down some Bologna.
She does complain about her Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich and gives it to chug, but that's the last interaction we see from her as she stays in the lunchroom.
